Our mission is to promote more effective and affordable treatment of infectious diseases through rapid, accessible point-of-care (POC) diagnosis. To fulfill this mission, we are developing a new generation of POC assays designed to provide critical diagnostic information in real time—wherever and whenever it is most needed. Kephera is targeting diseases for which accurate diagnostic tools are inaccessible in many global regions.
Kephera is strengthened by a network of research and development partners, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Cancer Institute, and other leading research institutes in the U.S. and internationally. Kephera’s own scientific staff has more than 100 years of experience developing and commercializing in vitro diagnostic assays.
In addition to our robust pipeline of lab-based and point-of-care diagnostic products, Kephera offers diagnostic testing services provided by our in-house CLIA-certified clinical chemistry laboratory. In addition to helping fuel our growth, this strategy provides unparalleled opportunities for refining our products and accelerates the availability of newly developed diagnostic assays.
